I have been proudly practicing as a dental hygienist in Virginia for the past 13 years, including my time with Contemporary Dentistry. Before becoming a hygienist, I spent eight years working as a dental assistant, giving me more than two decades of experience in the dental field.
Getting to Know Amy
What I enjoy most about my career is getting to know my patients and building genuine relationships with them chairside. I believe that great dental care goes beyond cleanings — it’s about listening to my patients, educating them, and working together to create healthy smiles that last a lifetime. I strive to make every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their oral health.
Outside of the office, life is busy and full of fun thanks to my daughter, Madison, who keeps me on my toes! When I’m not spending time with her, you’ll most likely find me with my two crazy pups, Benson and Molly. They definitely keep life entertaining!
I feel incredibly fortunate to have a career that allows me to connect with people every day while helping them achieve better oral health.
